Every 3 months :- According Dr. Glosman, “Replace a toothbrush
every three months, or as soon as you see the majority of the
bristles begin to bend and look worn down.”

Use gel trays instead of
whitening strips :- Teeth are usually darkest near the gum line,
where the strips can’t reach. So it is better to use the gel trays
instead of strips to get a perfect whitening.

Eat healthy fruits and raw
vegetables :- Dr. Glosman says that eating nuts, raw carrots, apples,
and cauliflower can help keep your teeth clean by removing surface
stains and plaque that leads to cavities.

Always do gargles with
plain water :- After eating the citrus fruits always rinse with water
as they have acidic content in them that erodes the tooth enamel
badly and also make your mouth stain badly. So always rinse with
water after eating lemons and oranges.

Rinse mouth with Apple
Cider Vinegar :- It is a natural and organic way to whiten the teeth
and get free from stain. Dr. Debra Glassman recommends rinsing with
two parts water to one part apple cider vinegar, and swishing the
solution around for one minute.
